Continuing Education available.  Opening Session - Wednesday The Opening Session, including sponsor and exhibitor recognition, presentation of the Distinguished Service Award and Turfgrass Professional of the Year Award, recognition of the Colorado Turfgrass Foundation's scholarship recipients, CSU research update and keynote speaker Wednesday, December 5 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend this free event. The trade show will open immediately after the Opening Session. Trade Show The Trade Show will be open on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon. Admission is free for those attending only the trade show; however the complimentary lunch on Wednesday is provided only for paid conference attendees. Look for your “Visit the Vendor” game card in the conference guide for a chance to enter a prize drawing. “Visit the Vendor” Game Card Each attendee has a chance to win one of several prizes just by visiting the exhibitors in the trade show. Look for your game card in the conference guide available at the conference registration area, follow the instructions on the game card and be eligible to win.  It’s that simple! De-Turfing Reception, Silent Auction and Raffle The ever popular De-Turfing Reception will be held on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the trade show hall. This gives you another opportunity to visit the vendors and join your colleagues for food, drinks and fun while bidding on great items donated by exhibitors, individuals and a variety of area organizations.  If you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction, please contact the RMRTA office at 303.770.2220 or complete the Silent Auction section on your registration form. All proceeds from the silent auction and the raffle benefit the Colorado Turfgrass Foundation for continued turf research.
