This course will consist of a overview of the tier 4 engine, it’s components and what their purpose is. I will cover best practices, and what you should avoid while operating equipment with a tier 4 engine.

Hybrid Green Mowers Speed Control– Mike Dahlin, Jacobsen Equipment
We will discuss how changing reel speeds vs travel speeds can affect the quality of cut and which will change the greens speed.  Different reel attachments, rollers and bedknives will be discussed and how they affect the cutting units.  We will also explain the how frequency of clip is calculated and optimal frequency of clip setting.
